The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day to day objectives of FCAO’s foster and adoptive parent programs. This primarily involves coordinating and assisting with the Kinship Mentor Programs, Dream Big, and other retention support programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or work equivalent experience
High organizational skills
Team player
The ability to work comfortably and effectively with diverse groups of people.
Must possess good computer skills.
The ability to work efficiently and effectively with little direct supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of community resources and social services for children and families.
Knowledge and understanding of professional ethics, legal responsibilities, and liabilities of a non-profit organization.
