We are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill this role and be a key member of the senior leadership team for company’s largest business unit. In this high profile role, the Business Unit Controller will partner with executives to drivestrategic financial and business initiatives. Working with the global Finance team,this person will manage all aspects of the close and forecast processes, and be able to financiallysupport business strategy initiatives.

The role will perform the following key tasks:

• Lead all Forecasting and Analysis activities for the Business Unit, including theannual Plan of Record, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews, and StrategicPlanning process.

• Provide analytical insight, assessment of risks, and help guide senior leadershipwith decision-making.

• Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to evaluate operatingresults in terms of performance against budget, and other matters bearing on theprofitability of the Business Unit.

• Support Management and Finance to identify and drive Cost and Gross Margin improvements.

• Provide creative insights when participating in key business processes includingProduct Line Profitability, Low Margin Reviews, review of large Customerdeals, etc.

• Support and collaborate with Corporate Finance on various projects as needed.

  • Manufacturing finance background in a high tech/hardware product environment.Semiconductor a plus, but not required.
  • Strategic individual with 10+ years progressive finance experience
  • Desire candidates who have held senior level finance positions for a business unitof ~$200M in revenue or greater. Candidates from a slightly smaller sizebusiness, but a very complex business, will also be considered.
  • Experience and ability to deliver in a fast paced, high-growth, changing environment.
  • Success working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record ofaccomplishments with measurable business impact.
  • Experience managing change, influencing leadership, managing risk andensuring compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to address difficult issues and make independent decisions.
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve problems with confidence.
  • M&A experience a plus.
